Throughout the planning, design, and construction of Beethoven Four, we have always strived to do more than the industry standards. Whether it be exceeding what is typically required by building code, or using a material simply because its better, we have never let "what is typically" done, get in our way of the creating the finest project we could. For example, where the industry typically water proofs their homes with standard materials like built up roofing or Dex-O-Tex, we have utilized a system typically only used in commercial construction. Our double-layer building wrap exceeds the code standard and uses 100% Tyvek materials.
